Returns and Cancellations policy
Your cooling off period or if you wish to return/exchange any unused goods please use our RMA procedure detailed below within 14 days. Below details all the information for making a return exchange.
We regret we cannot refund the carriage on goods incorrectly ordered and the customer is responsible for shipping the item back unless we are at fault and we will reimburse you upon receipt of the return.
1. Log into our website and click on my orders (on the left hand side).

2. Click on the order number which contains the product for return.
3. Scroll down the page and tick the check box on the products line, enter the reason in the returns box and click Make RMA slip.
4. click the returns slip printout.

5. Print the returns slip and return inside the order

Important Please Check Prior To Sending:-
1. All details are correct.
2. You have included the returns RMA slip in the package.
3. The correct postal charges have been added to the return (items returned by the customer are at the customers expense, unless we are at fault and we will reimburse you)
4. Please obtain a free certificate of post from the Post Office (this is usually the receipt) as this will insure the item up to £32 for 1st, 2nd class post.
On receipt of the return we will send a confirmation email and issue you a refund/exchange.
